Types of Staging

Vacant

This is an unoccupied property. This can be the most difficult to see because the rooms tend to look smaller than they actually are and are completely uninspiring to potential buyers. At Creative Enhancement we supply furniture, artwork and accessories on a monthly rental basis.

Occupied

This involves properties that are lived-in. Staging can be beneficial in several ways in this case. A professional stager is able to assist the home seller to re-arrange and de-clutter so the property shows to its full potential.

Another option for occupied properties is artwork and accessory rental to enhance each room in the property. At Creative Enhancement, we will supply and decdorate using the rented items.
